so today was court day for my youngest... wife calls explains what went down.. cool
while discussing things she brings up something that has nufn to do with what.... and who we are talking bout.
Im talking bout trusting this woman with a baby.... a baby i love and consider my own...and she goes off saying well same thing bout u... how i know or whatever bout trusting you... (refering to our issue together). I didnt catch it until i got off the phone
On top that..curses my Cousin whos died.. like WTF
shows how much to thinks of others.

Neck Issues

well my neck pains back... throbbing every.............................. morning and day. Wonder what it is... just came back like 3 weeks ago, bout the time ive been thinking certain things about certain situations..

guess i need make that call to the chiropractor ASAP, this shid aint no joke.

anyway, think im getting bout tired, dont see this getting better or really making it so.... yeah, just preparing myself for that cause......... im not needed anyway says mz independent.. lol. funny. was told a film i was lead role in, few years back.... thats been submitted to a few top film festivals was approve to be shown and one these top festivals out in Cali....
man...................... i was just talking bout Cali a few months ago.
to bad i cant go but its all good, it a come back around.
cant wait for the results.... ALL OF IT.

going have to set up this docs appointment soon, tryna wait until the holidays and the girls bdays over with.
arms going numb more and more, just out no where the whole thing will get that tingling feeling like its fallen asleep.... even while doing shit.
ill catch a crazy pain in it then hour later that will happen and it wont go away once i keep moving it around, like i have to wait til it decides to stop.
yesterday i brush this tickly thing on my right side which i felt it tickle and make my hairs stand but did it on the left and nufin...barely felt it.
everything seems to happen on my left side from first car accident when i messed my hip up with i was young
to orbit fracture which my sight aint getting no...better... lol.
to my spur on my neck....the nerves... and my legs been killing me lately and i dont even do anything for them.
but... long as i can move im cool, nufn stoping me from that.
shid crazy cause with working out im finally learning what works for my body...to get results i want... but then.... my body startin to act up. Crazy headaches out nowhere, left side my face sometimes aches... its wild.
think im a treat myself, well fuk treat, im going to get my 20buc massage this Friday.
